1. Do you have your own factory?

Yes, we have. Welcome to visit our factory.

2. What is the delivery time and do you have product in stock?

Delivery time depends on order quantity. Generally, within 10 days for open genset, 20 days for silent genset. We have some power capacities in stock, if need details, please contact us.

3. What is your warranty period?

Our warranty is 1 year or 1000running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

4. Does your generator have global warranty?

Yes, We supply the warranty. Also most of our products like Cummins, Volvo, Perkins, Deutz, Doosan, Yuchai, Weichai etc. power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Stamford and marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service.

5. What is your payment terms?

We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight. But based on some special project and special order, we can do something on payment item.

6. Do you provide OEM service?

1. Higher ignition point safety
Diesel fuel has a higher ignition point (220°C) and boiling point. It remains stable, non-volatile, and is less likely to ignite accidentally or explode, significantly enhancing fire safety.

2. Lower output voltage
The generator outputs low-voltage DC (max. 100V), far safer than traditional AC generators (220V-380V).

3. Ambient temperature monitoring & auto-shutdown
The DC genset is equipped with ambient temperature detection (configurable range: 50°C–90°C). It can automatically shut down when cabinet temperature reaches the set threshold.

4. Integrated automatic fire suppression
The cabinet contains fire extinguishing balls that activate instantly at 93°C to suppress internal fires.

5. Solenoid-controlled fuel shutoff
The diesel DC generator features an electromagnetic fuel valve that automatically closes upon engine shutdown. This eliminates manual fuel cutoff (required in AC generators), preventing continuous fuel supply during malfunctions or fires.

6. Fused signal wiring with short-circuit protection
All signal output lines of the diesel DC genset are fused. The genset can automatically halt operation during short circuits for system protection.

7. Flame-retardant wiring
All output cables use certified flame-retardant materials.
