1. The speed control system and its equipment have been installed and debugged to be qualified. The pressure and oil level of the oil pressure device are normal, and the turbine oil test is qualified. All instruments, valves, and automation components have been set to meet the requirements.

2. The oil pump of the oil pressure device operates normally under working pressure, without abnormal vibration or heating. The oil level relay of the oil collection tank operates normally. The high-pressure air supply device operates correctly during manual and automatic operation. The manual and automatic debugging of the oil leakage device is qualified.

3. Manually operate the pressure oil of the oil pressure device to the speed control system, and check that there is no oil leakage in all oil pressure pipelines, valves, joints, and components.

4. The electrical control cabinet of the governor has been installed and debugged to be qualified, and the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic converters are working normally.

5. The governor locking device has been debugged to be qualified, the signal indication is correct, and it should be in a locked state before filling with water.

6. Perform manual operation for speed regulation system linkage debugging, and check the flexibility and reliability of the linkage operation of the speed regulator, servomotor, and water guide mechanism, as well as the smoothness of the operation throughout the entire stroke. Check the consistency of the guide vane opening, relay stroke, and the guide vane opening indicator of the governor cabinet, and record the relationship curve between the guide vane opening and the relay stroke, which should meet the design requirements.

7. The accident pressure distribution valve and segmented closing device have been debugged and qualified. Preliminary inspection of the time required for the guide vanes to fully open and fully close using the emergency closure method should meet the design requirements.

8. For propeller type water turbines, the consistency between the blade rotation indicator and the actual opening should be checked by the regulator operation. Simulate the synergistic relationship curve between guide vanes and blades under various water heads.

9. Conduct simulation operation tests on the automatic operation system of the governor to check the accuracy and reliability of the actions of various components such as automatic startup, shutdown, and accident shutdown.

10. The installation of the speed measuring device has been completed and passed the inspection. The relay contacts have been preliminarily set as required.

Correct charging procedure of battery of 280kw standby generator

The correct charging method of diesel generator set can effectively extend the service life of battery, so the charging method of battery is very important. It is best to use an original charger to charge the battery, which is compatible with the configured battery. The supplementary current, maximum charging voltage and conversion current, float charging voltage, and float charging current are specified, and the parameters of other chargers have a certain range of differences, which may not match the configured battery. Therefore, it is not allowed to replace the charger at will.

 

To maintain the cleanliness of the generator set charger, use a damp cloth to scrub the exterior of the mobile generator set charger, and wipe away dust, oil, white powder, and other debris that may cause leakage on the panel and pile head (i.e. positive and negative pole heads). Its service life will be relatively long.

 

Due to the amount of heat generated by the charger during battery charging, it is recommended to place the battery in an open and ventilated area for charging. It is strictly prohibited to cover the charger with external objects during charging, otherwise it may damage the charger and battery, and even cause a fire accident. Do not use charging equipment under high temperature exposure, and do not expose it to sunlight. Excessive temperature will inevitably cause a decrease in battery activity, accelerate plate softening, and cause fatal damage such as shell heating, bulging, and deformation during charging.

 

Pay attention to using the correct battery charging method and maintaining the battery regularly, which can greatly extend the battery's service life for users.
