1. Cleaning of the radiator

When some pipes are severely damaged and cannot be repaired, it is allowed to block the pipes, but the number of blocked pipes cannot exceed three, otherwise it may cause the outlet temperature of the diesel engine to exceed the allowable range.

1. First, use 30kg of water, 2.5kg of caustic soda and 0.6kg of kerosene to prepare cleaning fluid, pour it into the water tank, and then start the diesel generator set.

2. Run the diesel generator set at medium speed for about 10 minutes and then shut down. After waiting for 10-12 hours, start the diesel generator set again, and run at a moderate speed for about 10 minutes to shut down.

3. At this time, we will prevent and control the cleaning fluid in the water tank. After adding clean cooling water, start the diesel generator set. The diesel generator set will clean itself at a medium speed. After repeated 2-3 times, the scale in the water tank of the diesel generating set can be removed.
