(1) The oil inlet and outlet valves are not tightly closed. Poor sealing of the inlet and outlet valves of the oil transfer pump will make it difficult to exhaust. The inspection method is to blow air at the oil outlet of the oil transfer pump. It should be impassable under normal conditions. If it can be blown through, it means that the oil outlet valve is not sealed; Suction at the oil inlet shall be blocked under normal conditions, otherwise it means that the oil inlet valve is not sealed.

(2) The spring force of oil inlet and outlet valves is insufficient or broken. When the inlet and outlet valve is not elastic enough or broken, it will also lead to the same consequences as lax closing, that is, it will make it difficult to exhaust Volvo diesel generator. A.Pay attention to the inlet and outlet valves

During the inspection, unscrew the high-pressure oil pipe joint of each cylinder and pump the oil with the hand of the oil pump. In this case, if the oil pipe joint at the top of the fuel injection pump is found to have oil flowing out, it indicates that the oil outlet valve has poor sealing (of course, this will also happen if the oil outlet valve spring is broken). If the sealing of multiple cylinders is poor, the fuel injection pump shall be thoroughly commissioned and maintained and the coupling parts shall be replaced.

B.Check and replace the piston in time

When it is found that the diesel engine is difficult to start, the power decreases and the fuel consumption increases, and the fuel injection pump and injector are still not improved by adjusting, the plunger and outlet valve coupling of the fuel injection pump shall be disassembled and inspected. If the plunger and outlet valve are worn to a certain extent, they shall be replaced in time and shall not be reused. The losses caused by the wear of the coupling parts, such as difficult starting of the diesel engine, increased fuel consumption and insufficient power, far exceed the cost of replacing the coupling parts. C.Ensure cleanliness

Generally speaking, the filtering requirements of diesel engine for diesel oil are much higher than those of gasoline engine for gasoline. Strengthen the cleaning and maintenance of diesel filter, and timely clean or replace the filter element; Clean the diesel tank timely according to the operating environmental conditions to completely remove the oil sludge and moisture at the bottom of the tank. D.Check the tightness
