1. Coolant temperature requirements in summer

Diesel engine at 100℃ water temperature is easy to cause cylinder pulling accident, so the diesel generator set should stop working or reduce the load when the coolant exceeds 95℃.

2. Coolant temperature requirements in Winter

In winter, the temperature is low, and the ambient temperature of the 640kw diesel generator set is also low, so the temperature of the coolant will be very low. Therefore, the temperature rise of the coolant of the diesel generator set will be a little slower. When the diesel engine plays an effective power, the temperature of the coolant should be about 80℃. In winter, when the diesel generator set is used, it is better to ensure that the water temperature is about 80℃ when preparing the running load.
