Operating at 50Hz with a three-phase four-wire system (400/230V), each unit delivers a prime power output of 50kW and a standby power of 55kW. At their core lies the robust Dongfeng Cummins 4BTA3.9-G2 engine, renowned for its durability and fuel efficiency, with prime/standby power ratings of 58kW/64kW. Paired with the Shanghai Stamford GR225E alternator, the diesel generating sets ensure seamless voltage regulation and exceptional energy conversion efficiency.

Control and monitoring are handled by the SmartGen HGM7220N controller, a state-of-the-art system offering real-time diagnostics, remote management, and automated fault protection. The controller can realize functions of single unit self-start, AMF, synchronization changeover, and cloud monitoring.

Silent Design and Smart Features

Designed for environments requiring low noise emissions, the generator sets are housed in custom-built silent canopies that reduce operational noise to just 75dB(A) at 7 meters. This makes them ideal for urban settings, residential areas, or noise-sensitive industrial applications. Additionally, each unit is pre-installed with a 100A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), enabling swift and automatic transition between grid and generator power during outages—critical for ensuring uninterrupted operations.

The generators also feature an 8-hour base fuel tank integrated with a fuel-level sensor, providing extended runtime and real-time fuel monitoring. This design minimizes the need for frequent refueling and enhances operational convenience.
