The client purchase 300KW Shangchai diesel generator set for Shatang LNG Gasification Station in Liuzhou North Ecological New Area as emergency power generation equipment.

The diesel generator set is composed of a diesel engine and a synchronous generator of a diesel engine, fuel system and all operating auxiliary equipment. The user purchased the power generator that uses Shangchai diesel engine and Shanghai Marathon generator. 1. The diesel generator set shall be an emergency generator set with fast self starting.

2. When the mains power supply is interrupted, the generator set shall be able to start automatically after receiving the mains power outage signal (the mains power outage signal is a passive contact signal), and the generator set can output power supply only after the output voltage reaches the rated voltage.

3. The electric generator is allowed to start automatically for three times, and the time from the first self start to power supply recovery after power loss shall be 10s-15s.

4. The unit shall have the performance of being ready for self starting at all times and being able to be successfully put into operation for up to three consecutive self starts (the total time of the three starts shall not be greater than 30s). When the self starting fails for three consecutive times, the unit shall be able to send an alarm signal and automatically stop after the mains power recovers.
