New Order from Haiti for 600kW Heavy-Duty Silent Diesel Generator

Last month, Dingbo Power was pleased to secure an order from a Haitian client for a 600kW heavy-duty silent diesel generator set. Production commenced on October 25, with a delivery period of 20 days. The manufacturing process is currently underway, and we will complete production and arrange shipment as scheduled, in accordance with the customer's requirements. The client specifically emphasized the requirement for a Heavy-Duty Silent generator, a specification we are fully equipped to meet with our superior engineering and manufacturing capabilities. In direct response, we are manufacturing the generator set with a robust 6mm thick steel base frame, significantly enhancing the structural integrity and longevity of the entire system.

The generator set at the heart of this order is a powerhouse of performance and durability. It integrates a high-performance Cummins diesel engine, model KT38-G, renowned for its exceptional fuel efficiency and unwavering reliability under strenuous conditions. This is perfectly paired with a Shanghai Stamford alternator, model GR355G1, which ensures stable and high-quality power output, critical for demanding applications.

Control and monitoring are managed by the advanced SmartGen HGM6110N-4G-G controller. This controller comes with integrated 4G cloud remote monitoring capabilities, allowing for real-time performance tracking, fault diagnosis, and proactive maintenance management from anywhere in the world, providing our client in Haiti with unparalleled convenience and peace of mind.

The generator will be housed within a custom-designed silent canopy, engineered to reduce operational noise to just 80 dB(A) at 7 meters. Constructed from 2mm thick galvanized steel sheets, the generator enclosure offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, ensuring the generator set can withstand harsh environmental conditions while maintaining quiet operation.
