The 2185kw power of 12VK engine coupled with independent ECU has expanded the product type spectrum and technical development ability of high-power engine of Shangchai power, and opened a new chapter of high-power products of Shangchai power.

In March, the technical team of Shangchai power overcame the problems of parts delivery cycle and quality, completed the first assembly of 12VK, and the research and development work was progressing smoothly. However, the sudden outbreak disrupted the work deployment. Engineers who are used to enjoying the roar of engines, designing and drawing drawings and analyzing data at the scene every day are facing unexpected difficulties.

In the face of emergencies, the R & D team responded quickly. After several days of efforts, the project platform was connected and commanded, and the technicians operated remotely, with internal and external assistance, and finally solved many technical problems such as electrical, signal and calibration. The left behind personnel of the technical center, while doing a good job in epidemic prevention support, carry out closed R & D tests on the internal and external connections to ensure the uninterrupted progress of the project and minimize the negative impact of the epidemic on the project.
