Dingbo Power series automatic paralleling device is a special device specially designed and manufactured for parallel operation of diesel generator sets. It is applicable to the parallel operation of multiple diesel generator sets with electronic governor or EFI. The voltage regulation mode can be selected according to the model of the regulator (voltage regulation mode: one of potentiometer, switching value, voltage signal, current signal, etc.). The core components of the device adopt the synchronizer and load distributor of American GAC company, PLC of Siemens company and China high-quality electrical components and Schneider circuit breaker, which are optimized and designed by professional senior engineers. The device has the characteristics of complete functions, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.
Installation and use environment
1. Ambient air temperature: ≮ - 5 ℃ and ≯ + 45 ℃.
After adding preheating device, it can be used in the environment of ≮ - 30 ℃.
2. Installation location: altitude ≯ 2000m.
3. Relative humidity: ≯ 90%, no condensation on the surface.
4. No conductive dust.
5. There is no corrosive gas or steam sufficient to damage the metal.
6. Occasions without explosion hazard.

1. Do you have your own factory?
Yes, we have. Welcome to visit our factory.
2. What is the delivery time and do you have product in stock?
Delivery time depends on order quantity. Generally, within 10 days for open genset, 20 days for silent genset. We have some power capacities in stock, if need details, please contact us.
3. What is your warranty period?
Our warranty is 1 year or 1000running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.
4. Does your generator have global warranty?
Yes, We supply the warranty. Also most of our products like Cummins, Volvo, Perkins, Deutz, Doosan, Yuchai, Weichai etc. power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Stamford and marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the after-sales service.
5. What is your payment terms?
We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight. But based on some special project and special order, we can do something on payment item.

A. Improve the flexibility of the power supply system.
Parallel generators make it convenient for users to increase or decrease the number of generators according to the current electricity usage. When the generators need maintenance or other special circumstances, users can conveniently arrange the entire power supply system.

1. Structure description
a. The frame adopts GGD cabinet, the surface is sprayed and the color is international gray.
b. The main bus bar adopts TMR copper bus bar, which is designed according to full load and is designed in the upper middle of the cabinet. The cable at the generator set end is connected from the upper end of the cabinet, and the outgoing line is connected from the upper copper bar of the outlet cabinet.

"NO" is adjustable from 20 to 100%.
"OFF" is adjustable from 0 to 80%.
3. Automatic load distribution:
When the parallel operation of 2 or more units is completed, the unit starts to run with load, and the load distributor will act as an ESC to distribute the load proportionally according to the power of the unit.
