1. Reasons for excessive oil pressure

1) The main reason for the high oil pressure is that the oil volume in the main oil passage is too large or the oil passage after the main oil passage is blocked. At this time, the user can first check that there is inorganic oil at the higher and farther valve rocker arm. Organic oil is unlikely to be blocked. If it is inorganic oil, check the oil circuit section by section and eliminate it.

2) The oil viscosity is too large.

3) The preload pressure of the pressure limiting valve or the pressure regulating valve spring is too high or the valve is stuck, which makes the oil pump oil pressure too high. 4). The pre-tightening force of the return valve spring is adjusted too high or stuck, which makes the main oil passage pressure too high or does not return oil.

2. Reasons for low oil pressure

When the amount of oil supplied by the engine to the main oil passage is reduced or there is oil leakage in the oil passage after the main oil passage, the 400kw Perkins generator will prompt that the oil pressure is too low.
