The internal cleaning of power generator has two aspects: one is to remove the carbon deposits in the internal components of the combustion chamber of the diesel generator set and the exhaust pipe; the other is to remove the scale inside the cooling water channel;

(1) Remove carbon deposits on the surface of parts.

Carbon deposits inside the combustion chamber of diesel generator sets are generally caused by poor combustion of diesel fuel injected into the combustion chamber or engine oil entering the combustion chamber through the components of the combustion chamber to burn. There are three reasons why the injector can not burn or burn badly after injecting diesel into the combustion chamber: one is that the internal temperature of the cylinder is too low; the other is that the compression force in the cylinder is too small; the third is that the injector has dripping, bleeding or Malfunctions such as poor atomization.

There are two ways for the oil to enter the combustion chamber: one is between the piston and the inner wall of the cylinder; the other is between the valve and the duct. Under normal circumstances, oil is easy to enter the combustion chamber from the piston to the inner wall of the cylinder. This is mainly because there is a certain gap between the piston ring and the ring groove. When the piston moves up and down, the piston ring can carry the oil through the inner wall of the cylinder. Into the combustion chamber. If the piston ring is stuck in the piston ring groove by carbon deposits, the piston ring is broken, the piston ring is aging, or the cylinder wall is pulled, the oil is more likely to enter the combustion chamber, so that when the diesel engine is working, it is easy to cause accumulation on the surface of the combustion chamber assembly. Charcoal increases. In this way, the hot gas will directly rush into the crankcase through the gap between the cylinder and the piston. This not only worsens the combustion inside the combustion chamber, but in severe cases the piston will get stuck on the inner wall of the cylinder. Therefore, the carbon deposits inside the combustion chamber must be removed.

 

(2) Remove the scale on the surface of the parts.

The minerals and calcifications in the cooling water used in the internal water channels of diesel engines are easily deposited on the inner walls of the water channels at high temperatures, causing scale in the cooling water channels, reducing the cooling effect of the diesel engine, and causing overheating or even damage to the diesel generator set during use. Therefore, when the diesel generator set is in use, qualified fresh water or antifreeze should be added to the water radiator according to the regulations, and the cooling water channel should be cleaned from time to time.
