4. The principle of integrity inspection.

(1) If the windings of the emergency generator set or conversion device are disassembled and replaced, the repair and installation process and quality should be inspected, and the corresponding tests should be carried out. Only after qualified and normal installation and operation can the ship be assembled, and the installation quality should be strictly checked. The temperature rise test for the rated power of the generator is generally not less than 4 hours, and the temperature rise should not exceed the temperature rise limit.

(2) If the diesel generator is disassembled and repaired, the load test shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection requirements of the diesel generator.

(3) During the load test, the generator or conversion mechanism should be able to operate stably without abnormal noise, vibration and excessive heat. Check whether the voltage, current, frequency and power indications are normal, and check the ventilation and surface cleanliness. Situation: Measure the thermal insulation resistance after the test, and the allowable value of the thermal insulation resistance after rewinding should not be less than 1MΩ.

(4) Check the operating conditions of the commutator or slip ring. When running under rated load, the commutator spark should not exceed Class 1 and there should be no spark on the slip ring.

(5) When the generator has original severe vibration or when any rotating parts such as the rotor (armature) winding, commutator, steel wire and fan blade are replaced during repair, static and dynamic balance inspections are required (the rated speed is less than 1000 speeds) Of generators only need to be static.

(6) Balance test).

The windings of the generator rotor (armature) should undergo a flying test after being replaced, the speed is 120% of the rated speed, and it lasts for 2 minutes without harmful deformation.

(7) The generator whose winding has been unwound shall be subjected to a withstand voltage test.
