The governor swings back and forth regularly, and the machine noise also fluctuates in a rhythmic manner, emitting a whimpering sound. If the choke is turned down, this situation will disappear, but if the speed cannot reach the rated value and the genset power is insufficient, the power cannot be supplied.

 

(2)The fuel circuit before the main orifice is blocked, resulting in insufficient fuel supply. In addition to the above situations, when the choke is closed, the regular high and low fluctuations will briefly disappear, and soon reappear, and the oscillation amplitude of the governor will increase until the genset stops. Influence of low-pressure fuel circuit

(1) The influence of the fuel circuit can be seen from the composition of the low-pressure fuel circuit. There are diaphragm pumps, diesel filters, pressure limiting valves, etc. in the low-pressure fuel circuit, and the fuel circuit must be smooth. If there are mechanical impurities in the fuel circuit that are blocked or the fuel pipe is bent, causing the fuel circuit to not flow smoothly, resulting in insufficient fuel supply and even no oil supply.

 

 

(2) The purpose of diaphragm pump is to suck out fuel from the fuel tank and raise the necessary pressure to deliver it to the fuel injection pump. The employment principle is that the eccentric wheel in the engine drives the rocker arm of the diaphragm pump to drive the diaphragm to arch left and right, resulting in a change in volume.

The fuel injection pump should supply fuel to the injector on time, in a fixed quantity, and at a constant pressure according to the engine's employment order. The mediation principle is that by manipulating the acceleration control lever, a series of transmissions are carried out to cause the oil adjustment sliding sleeve to slide axially on the shaft of the transfer rotor. As it approaches the transfer sleeve, the fuel supply increases.
