2. Check if there is any leakage in the water pipe, and the cooling liquid level should be about 5cm lower than the sealing surface of the sealing cover.

3. Users should pay special attention when filling the cooling system with coolant liquid. During the addition process, the air remaining in the system pipeline cannot be eliminated at once, which can cause false filling of the supplement. Therefore, the addition should be done in stages. After completing the second addition, continue adding slightly until the liquid level is visible in the inlet pipe. Then observe for a few minutes, then run the engine for 2 to 3 minutes, stop for 30 minutes, and recheck the liquid level. If necessary, add again.

4. Cooling system exhaust method: Open the engine water tank cover, open the exhaust bolts from bottom to top, let the coolant liquid flow out until there are no bubbles, and then close the exhaust bolts in sequence. If there is a heater, the valve must be opened.

5. Method of using antifreeze: The performance achieved by preparing antifreeze and water should comply with the local climate environment, and the freezing point of antifreeze is required to be below 5 ℃ below the annual temperature.

6. When the user is adding the coolant for the diesel generator set, the coolant level should be about the sealing surface of the sealing cover.

7. Method for filling the cooling system: When stopping this operation, special attention should be paid to the fact that during the filling process of the diesel generator set, the air left in the system pipe cannot be cleaned at once, which will lead to the condition of false filling, so it should be added in stages. After completing the second addition, continue adding for a while until the liquid level is visible in the inlet pipe, and then observe for a few minutes.
