The Characteristics of Dingbo Power Cloud Monitoring Communication Module

Dingbo Power cloud monitoring communication module is a 4G full Netcom wireless network communication protocol conversion module, which can connect generator sets with serial communication interface to the network. After the module logs in to the cloud server, it transmits the acquired data information to the corresponding cloud server through the 4G wireless network. The users of Dingbo Power diesel generator set can monitor the running status of the generator set and query the generator set's status in real time through mobile APP, computer and other terminal equipment run records. 

Internal test lamp/reset button:

Long press for 1 second: all LED indicators light up;

Long press for 10 seconds: restore the default configuration of the module, all indicators flash 3 times.

Note: After restoring the default configuration, you need to re-set the parameters through the PC software, please operate with caution.

Dingbo Power cloud monitoring communication module performance characteristics

1. It can be connected to a cloud server through a 4G wireless network, and a cloud monitoring module monitors a generator set;

2. It has a variety of interfaces to communicate with the unit control module: RS485, RS232, LINK, USB (Host); it can monitor most of the international first-class brands of generator set control modules;

3. The module power supply has a wide range of DC (8～35)V, which can directly use the starting battery that comes with the engine;

9. It has a programmable relay output port, which can output various alarm signals;

10. The module panel has a power supply and a variety of communication status indicators, and the working status of the module is clear at a glance;

12. Parameter setting function: users can set parameters through the module's USB interface;

13. Adopt standard π type 35mm guide rail installation or screw fixed installation, which can be installed in the generator set control box;

Dingbo Power cloud module has GPS positioning function, and uploads the obtained longitude, latitude, and altitude information to the corresponding cloud server in real time.
