(2) There are pollution debris in air cooling: debris in the air will bring adverse interference to the oxidation film on the surface of the brush. This kind of debris involves: corrosive waste gas of sulfide or halogen elements, mixture of oil and gas in the air, dust, iron filings, rust dust, charcoal and other debris.  When the brush is worn out, it will cause dust debris of carbon powder. Filtration facilities can be installed on the heat dissipation and ventilation circulation channel of the brush cover to improve the atmospheric quality of the brush cover.  

 

(3) The relative humidity of the air is too low or the oxygen content is too low: the oxidation film on the surface of the brush must be caused by the corresponding moisture composition in the air, that is, the relative humidity of the air can not be too low, but also can not be too high.  In addition, the oxide film is mainly caused by chemical interaction with oxygen in the air, and when the oxygen content is too low, it also damages the oxide film.  In addition to the above factors, there are also factors such as excessive grinding of brushes, scrubbing with solution, abnormal smoothness of collector ring surface and substandard carbon brush materials.
