(1) When the ambient atmospheric pressure drops, the ambient temperature rises and the air humidity increases, the dry gas sucked into the cylinder of the diesel engine may be reduced, and the power of the diesel engine may decrease.  Conversely, the diesel engine's power will increase.  That when the environment temperature is too low current tank cooling water temperature too low, the oil temperature and then decline, viscosity of oil at low temperature is bigger, the liquidity ratio is not so good, not only improve the generator parts damaged, and considering the parts work friction resistance increases, the mechanical power loss increase, the output power of the generator set may be decreased.

(2) Heat loss increases, fuel consumption increases when the generator set runs normally at a lower temperature, the cooling water brings a lot of heat to the cylinder, which increases its heat loss;  The mixed gas can not be generated and burned efficiently, and fuel consumption will increase by 8% to 10%.  After dropping fuel into the cylinder, it will clean the oil film on the inner wall of the cylinder and penetrate into the crankcase, improving the wear rate of parts, diluting the oil in the oil pan, improving fuel consumption and reducing power output.  

(3) working environment temperature is too low, cylinder temperature can be very low, the water vapor in the air cylinder is easy to set on the inner wall of the cylinder, and diesel generator is burned into sulfur dioxide encounter water cooling on the inner wall of the cylinder, might have become a strong corrosive product stick on the inner wall of the cylinder, so the cylinder wall surface may suffer from severe corruption, causing the surface of metal materials institution;  When the cylinder liner and piston ring are honed to each other, the dispersed metal materials on the surface of the decay layer will be quickly damaged and loose, or corrosion spots and pits will occur on the surface of the cylinder liner during normal operation  。

(4) the deterioration of combustion, the ability of the whole equipment is affected by a bit of thermal deformation of the parts because of the ambient temperature is too low and does not splash up to the shape size, and then interfere with the normal operation of the machine, such as the piston and cylinder clearance is too large, the seal is not good;  Valve clearance is too large to be affected by rocker arm impact, and the diesel generator is difficult to start.  In the normal operation of the diesel engine, the high temperature of the reduced gas is the prerequisite to ensure the fuel fire. When the ambient temperature of the cylinder, piston and other parts decreases, the reduction should be reduced to the ambient temperature.
