The function of the generator sealing oil system is to prevent external gas from entering the generator and prevent hydrogen from leaking out of the machine, so as to ensure the purity and pressure of the gas inside the motor. Our generator adopts double-current ring seal. Double flow ring seal uses double flow ring seal tile, double flow ring seal tile has two independent circulation oil supply system, one is empty side oil system, one is hydrogen side oil system.

First.Functions and characteristics of double flow ring sealing oil system.

Provide two independent circulating sealing oil sources for sealing tile.Ensure that the sealing oil pressure is higher than the gas pressure in the generator, ensure that the oil pressure on the hydrogen side and the air side of the sealing tile is equal, and the pressure difference is limited to about 0.085mpa.The sealing oil is cooled by the sealing oil cooler to take away the heat generated by the friction loss between the sealing tile and the shaft and ensure that the tile and oil temperature are controlled within the required range. Through an oil filter, impurities in the oil are removed to ensure the cleanliness of the sealing oil.

The air-side AC seal oil pump obtains oil source from the air-side tank. It pressurizes part of the oil and pumps it into the empty side of the seal tile through the oil cooler and filter, while the other part of the oil flows back to the inlet of the empty side oil pump through the main differential pressure valve. Through the adjustment of the differential pressure regulating valve, the oil pressure of the empty side seal at the sealing tile is always 0.085 mpa higher than the gas pressure in the generator. The empty side DC seal pump circulates the oil in the same way.

Fourth. Hydrogen side sealing oil circuit.

Hydrogen side sealing oil pump obtains oil source from hydrogen side oil return control box. It is pressurized by an oil cooler, oil filter and balance valve to inject a portion of the oil into the hydrogen side of the seal tile. The oil pump is equipped with a bypass pipe to roughly adjust the oil pressure on the hydrogen side through a throttle valve. The hydrogen side oil pressure is adjusted by the balance valve, and the empty side oil pressure is automatically tracked to the same level. The hydrogen side DC seal oil pump circulates in the same manner.

Abbreviation of verb defoaming box

The oil from the hydrogen-side sealing tile first flows into the defoaming chamber, where the gas can expand and escape from the oil. The defoaming box is installed in the lower half end cover of the generator, and the oil level in the box is not too high through the straight pipe overflow device. The steam end and the excitation end of the defoaming box are respectively provided with one, and a U-shaped tube is installed on the connecting pipe between the two to prevent the fan pressure difference between the steam end and the excitation end from being inconsistent, so that the oil smoke is circulated in the generator. Defoaming box is equipped with float type high oil level alarm switch, used to monitor the oil level of defoaming box, prevent the generator from entering oil.

Intransitive verb differential pressure valve

The seal oil system has two differential pressure valves. The main differential pressure valve is connected to seal the inlet and outlet of the oil pump on the air side, and plays the role of pressure regulation by bypass. The signals are taken from the wind pressure in the generator and the oil pressure of the side seal. The valve automatically regulates bypass flow to ensure that the oil pressure in the air side seal is always 0.085 mpa higher than the gas pressure in the generator.

The standby differential pressure valve is connected in series with the high pressure and low pressure standby oil paths on the air side to ensure that the oil pressure of the standby sealing oil is always 0.056mpa higher than the air pressure in the machine.
