Second, solutions

In view of the above analysis, we have developed solutions as follows:

 

1. Re-select the coupling

In the process of turning over, due to the overall inertia of the diesel generator, the impact on the connecting shaft joint is also large, and the original connecting shaft joint (see Figure 1) often appears loose. When adjusting, the axial space can not be used for tools, but the reducer and the distributor can only be removed as a whole, which takes a long time to maintain. After adopting the new coupling (see Figure 2), it is no longer necessary to remove other parts in the maintenance of radial tightening, which is convenient for operation and has a short maintenance time.

 

2. Design new control methods

We added an angular detection mechanism for the input axis of the indexer (see Figure 3 and Figure 4), and simultaneously detected the input axis and output axis of the indexer to ensure that the control program of the indexer was stopped modifying.

 

3. Add the response program of the corresponding input shaft detection mechanism.

Since the input shaft of the indexer is directly inserted into the output hole of the reducer, and the output shaft of the accelerator is a hollow shaft, there are connecting flange surfaces and shaft holes on the side of the connecting indexer, the added detection mechanism can be directly installed here (see Figure 5).

 

Three, effect evaluation

The new inspection mechanism is installed on the four flip machines of A151 line, and the control program of response is modified. The actual use is completely normal and no fault occurs. Through this improvement, the failure rate of A151 assembly line is effectively reduced, production output is improved and maintenance costs are saved.

To sum up, the problems existing in the project are that the selection and maintenance of the coupling is not convenient, which increases the difficulty of maintenance and belongs to the unreasonable design; The control mode of the indexer does not completely accord with the basic principle of the indexer, and it often fails in the process of use. In the process of improvement, we summarized as follows: the structural design and standard selection of non-standard equipment need to fully consider the convenience of use and maintenance, reduce maintenance difficulty and improve maintenance efficiency; The use of key components in accordance with the principle of use, to prevent abnormal damage and workpiece damage.
