Mains and generator sets provide reliable power for our normal production and life, and can be used as the main power supply.

Hydrogen systems, also known as gas systems, have the following functions:  

Provide measures and equipment for generators to charge and discharge hydrogen safely, using carbon dioxide as an intermediate alternative medium;

The air pressure required by the generator manufacturer to maintain the normal operation of the machine; Monitor the flow of replenished hydrogen; On-line monitoring of gas pressure, purity and humidity in the machine;  

Dry hydrogen and discharge water vapor that may enter the machine from the sealing oil;  

Monitor liquid (oil or water) leaking into the machine;  

Monitor whether the insulating parts in the machine are overheating;  

On-line monitoring of local hydrogen leakage of generator.  

Hydrogen cooling system is mainly composed of the hydrogen bus (hydrogen supply system), carbon dioxide bus (carbon dioxide supply system) (heater), hydrogen, carbon dioxide evaporator control device, and hydrogen gas dryer (hydrogen dehumidification devices), generator overheating insulation monitoring device (generator condition monitoring devices), generator leak detection device and generator hydrogen leak detection device (gas  Mobile detector), described as follows:  

Hydrogen bus  

The heat generated by the generator is emitted by hydrogen gas, which is eight times more powerful at cooling than air.  The hydrogen in the generator is pressurized for more efficient cooling.  

The hydrogen bus consists of 10 cylinders high pressure bus and two stage pressure reducing valves.  Hydrogen cylinders (provided by the power plant) are connected to the bus through a hose.  The primary reducing valve reduces the hydrogen pressure in the bottle to 2-3 mpa, and the secondary reducing valve reduces the pressure to 1-1.2 mpa. The reduced hydrogen is fed to the hydrogen control unit and then reduced to the required pressure of the generator (0.5 mpa).  According to IEC specifications, the total volume of hydrogen cylinders connected to the bus to supply hydrogen to the generator shall not exceed 20m ^ 3(standard state;  S.T.P .)  

The capacity of commonly used domestic hydrogen bottles is 6m 3, that is, three bottles are connected and open.
