Introduction of the 400kW silent Cummins diesel generator

This diesel genset consists of Dongfeng Cummins engine QSZ13-G3 and Stamford S5L1D-C41 alternator, with size of 4.3×1.8×2.4 meters. The generator set uses Cummins' advanced XPI fuel injection system, which significantly reduces fuel consumption with precise control of fuel delivery and high pressure injection. In addition, the Cummins engine is equipped with advanced Electronic Control Module (ECM) to ensure its smooth operation by monitoring and collecting data from sensors positioned throughout the engine.

In terms of environmental protection, the genset adopts innovative technologies such as optimization of combustion chamber design and high-quality piston rings, which not only reduce the fuel consumption, but also reduce exhaust emissions effectively.

The soundproof enclosure of the diesel generator set is made of 2mm thick Galvanized steel, with plastics spray coating on its surface.
