Dingbo Exported Two Silent Cummins Diesel Generator Sets to Ecuador

Dingbo Power exported a 160kW silent diesel generator and a 240kW silent diesel generator to  Ecuador in April. Both of the two diesel gensets were powered by Cummins diesel engines and equipped with Stamford alternators and SmartGen controllers.

The rugged Cummins 6CTA8.3-G2 diesel engine and Stamford UCI274G14 alternator are managed by SmartGen HGM6110 controller, which is used for automatic control and monitoring system of genset. It can carry out functions of automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and three remote (remote control, remote measure and remote communication).

The oil filter needs to be replaced once after working for 250 hours or so in the diesel generator set. Change the air filter according to the indicator.

Do not remove the air filter and do not run the generator at idle speed for a long period of time.

Check the oil level regularly and top it up when necessary.

Pay attention to the oil pressure, water temperature, abnormal sound and smoke colors and so on when the diesel generator is running.
