Dingbo Power Sold 300kW Yuchai Diesel Genset(YC6MJ500-D30)

On July 20, 2022, Guangxi Wanyou e-commerce Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Dingbo Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully signed a procurement contract for a 300kW Yuchai diesel generator set. The 300kW diesel generator is powered by Yuchai engine YC6MJ500-D30, Shanghai Stamford alternator GR314FS, the control module is SmartGen HGM6110CAN.

Dingbo power will provide unused new products to the demander in accordance with the performance, technical requirements and quality standards of the goods specified in the contract.

How to start a new diesel generator?

Generally speaking, there are two ways to start the diesel generator set, one is manual, the other is automatic switching. For manual startup, test the alarm system to see whether it is normal, and then switch the control switch to the back of the manual position to start it normally. Automatic switching is to switch the control switch to automatic, and the automatic power switch should also be in the automatic position, so that when the mains power stops, the generator can operate by itself.

1.Preliminary preparations

Before starting the diesel generator, it is necessary to check whether the water or antifreeze in the water tank is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it should be filled up before starting. In addition, it is also necessary to determine whether the lubricating oil has been added to the specified scale line and whether there are safety hazards in each component. If there are hazards, they should be eliminated as soon as possible before starting.

2.Precautions during operation

When the engine is working, a special person should be around to observe at any time, especially pay attention to the changes of important indicators such as water temperature, oil temperature and voltage, and take immediate measures in case of abnormalities. In addition, pay attention to whether there is enough diesel. If the generator stops running due to insufficient fuel during operation, it is likely to cause damage to some parts of the machine.

3.Do not start or stop with load

Before starting, make sure that the output air switch is closed. After starting, it usually needs to idle for three to five minutes. In winter, due to low temperature, the time will be extended for several minutes. Pay attention to observe whether there is oil leakage, water leakage and other phenomena. If so, stop the operation immediately and carry out inspection and maintenance. Before stopping the machine, the load should be cut off slowly, and then the output air switch should be turned off, and the machine should be turned off after it slows down to the idle running state for three to five minutes.
