These 30kVA silent diesel generator is powered by Cummins engine 4B3.9-G12, coupling with original Stamford alternator S0L2-P1, controlled by SmartGen HGM6110 controller. At the same time, it is with soundproof canopy, rainproof and weatherproof, noise level 75dB at 7meters. The material of soundproof canopy is made of 2mm galvanized sheet, more stronger and durable.

Features of silent generator set:

*Good ventilation system and measures to prevent heat radiation shall be taken to ensure that the unit always works at a suitable ambient temperature.

*The bottom fuel tank can be used for continuous load operation for 8 hours.

*The use of special noise reduction materials greatly suppresses mechanical noise.

*Efficient vibration reduction measures to ensure the smooth operation of diesel generator set.

*An observation window and an emergency stop button are specially set at the appropriate position of the silencing shell to facilitate the operation and observation of the operating state of the generator set.

The soundproof canopy cabinet is provided with an operation access door to operate the generator set. The door is provided with a sound insulation observation window to observe the operation of the unit during operation. 1. Operators must pass the examination and hold the equipment operation certificate before operation.

2. The generator set shall be equipped with rain proof, wind proof and fire-proof facilities, the ground shall be kept dry, the rack shall be placed stably, the insulation pad shall be installed, and the instrument protection, grounding conductor joints and cable and pipe protection devices shall be installed.

3. Before starting up, check whether the oil and cooling water levels of the generator set are normal, whether the positive and negative electrodes of the battery connecting lines are correctly connected, and whether the air switches of the wires and cables are correctly connected.

4. When the prime mover reaches the rated speed, gradually reduce the resistance of the field rheostat to increase the voltage to no more than the rated value.
