Quanzhou County Finance Bureau is located in Jiangnan Road, Quanzhou County, Guilin city. It is a financial bureau subordinate to Guilin City, Guangxi Province. The YC6B180L-D20 engine of the diesel generators is provided by Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. and is a classic power product developed and designed by Yuchai, with a market share of more than 400000 units. On this basis, the diesel generator developed and designed is safe and reliable, compact structure, strong transient loading capacity and good maintainability.
Product features:
1. The main structures of diesel engine body, cylinder head, crankshaft and connecting rod have been tested for a long time to ensure the high reliability of the whole machine. Choose the modern and stable Bosch electric control common rail + efficient supercharging and intercooling process, accurately control the fuel injection amount, fully intake air, and effectively ensure the full combustion, low fuel consumption and low emission of the diesel engine.
2. The full flow oil cooler is adopted to improve the heat dissipation efficiency by 30%, better reduce the oil temperature, make the oil lubricate parts at a reasonable temperature and reduce friction loss.
3. The cylinder head integrated water outlet header design is used to reduce the sealing surface and improve the sealing reliability.
4. The piston is cooled by internal cooling oil passage, which can better reduce the temperature of the piston and has a long service life.
5. Meet the performance G3 level requirements of diesel generator.
6. Dual power switching function: current and voltage protection, mains power priority. Water temperature sensor, oil temperature sensor, speed sensor, oil pressure sensor, etc.
