PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT

(1) CCEC Cummins Engine QSK19-G4

It can run for a long time under common rated power, and can run for 1 hour with overload of 10% every 12 hours of continuous operation.

Engine type: four stroke multi cylinder diesel engine.

Starting mode: DC24V battery starts, and the battery capacity meets the requirements of 6 consecutive starts.

Generator fuel: 0# light diesel oil, complying with GB252 or BS2869 standards.

Fuel system: electronic fuel injector.

Cooling mode: air cooling outside the machine, closed circulating water cooling inside the machine, and equipped with cooling water tank and blower fan.

(4)OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Under standard atmospheric conditions (GB1105 / ISO3046), i.e. atmospheric pressure of 100KPA, ambient temperature of 40 ° C, relative humidity of 30%, altitude of 1000m and below, it can output at full load. Other conditions can work reliably and normally and output power correctly according to relevant standards. There are high-efficiency shock absorbers specially designed, manufactured and pre installed, and the unit can be installed and used on the supporting ground without special foundation. There shall be no water leakage, oil leakage and air leakage, and the equipment shall be provided with moisture-proof measures.

The service time or accumulated operation time of generator set within 10 years shall not exceed the overhaul period, and the mean time between failures (MTBF) shall not be less than 2000 hours.

(5) AUTOMATIC CONTROL FUNCTION

The generator set shall be able to realize various control functions such as automatic start, automatic input, automatic withdrawal, automatic shutdown and automatic protection:

1. Automatic start: when the starting signal is sent out after the mains power failure, the generator set will start automatically after a delay of 3 ~ 5 seconds (adjustable to 0 ~ 3 seconds). The generator set can be started for 3 consecutive times, and the interval time of two starts is 20 seconds.

2. Automatic input: after the unit is started, it will automatically input the load and operate stably at full load within 8~12 seconds.

3.Automatic withdrawal and shutdown: 10 ~ 30 seconds after the mains power returns to normal, the unit will automatically cut off the load, switch to mains power supply, and automatically shut down (adjustable) after 300 seconds of no-load operation.

(6) AUTOMATIC PROTECTION FUNCTION

1. Automatic shutdown protection and audible and visual alarm under the following conditions:

Overvoltage, overfrequency, low oil pressure, overcurrent, short circuit of power supply bus, open phase, high / low cooling water temperature, under / over speed, three automatic start failures, reverse power and low fuel.

2. The following audible and visual alarms allow automatic or manual shutdown:

 Low oil pressure, high / low cooling water temperature, high oil temperature, low / high battery voltage, charger failure, overload.

3. Automatically charge the starting battery.

4. The control panel must display the following status and parameters with digital instruments:

Three phase voltage, three-phase current, power, frequency, power factor, speed, oil pressure, cooling water temperature, battery voltage, operating hours, standby / operating status of oil engine, manual / automatic position, status indication of oil engine switch / mains switch.

5. Communication protocol and RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces must be provided to facilitate data acquisition, telemetry and remote control in the central control room and realize building intelligence.

6. The equipment shall be provided with radio interference suppression measures to meet the national standard GB9254-2008 or CISPR22.

7. The fuel consumption of the generator set under rated working conditions shall not be greater than 200g/kW. H. and China or oversea fuel oil and engine oil can be used. If filtering device is required, please explain.

(7) ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PART

It is required to ensure that after noise reduction treatment, it can pass the acceptance of local environmental protection and relevant departments.

Sound absorbing material: Microporous aluminum gusset plate is used for ceiling and wall.

Exhaust pipe: 100-600mm in diameter. It is selected according to the design and needs anti-corrosion, heat insulation, lightning protection and grounding treatment. The place 

extending out of the roof needs waterproof treatment. It is made of metal thin-walled steel pipe and welded. The pipe adopts 50mm thick rock wool for heat insulation treatment.

Spray box: 3mm thick, sprayed with high-temperature antirust paint inside and outside for protection, and then insulated with 50mm aluminum poise cotton.

Fuel tank: it is equipped with diesel fuel tank that can meet the continuous operation of diesel generator set for 8 hours and no more than 1m ³ Fuel tank. A3 steel plate δ ≥ 3mm, external anti-corrosion.

Door: fireproof, silencing and sound insulation door shall be adopted, and the size shall be subject to the requirements of civil construction.
