572KW/715KVA Open Generator Sets Technical Requirements

572kw/715kva open type diesel generator set has been delivered to our Singapore customer on August 27, 2021. Here we share the technical requirements by our customer, maybe you can refer to it if you have plan to do generator set project.

In this order, we provide a whole new diesel generator set and accessories, including but not limited to automatic control panel, daily oil tank, auxiliary oil supply system, battery complete set for startup, mains voltage loss detection device, distribution cabinet, silencer, radiator device and special maintenance tools.

1. Technical requirements for diesel generator set.

General requirements for diesel generator set equipment.

1)Assembly by well-known China manufacturers-Dingbo Power company;

One point three Mature products, high market share, stable operation, low failure rate, safe and reliable;

2)It has the characteristics of advanced technology, low noise, low emission and green environmental protection.

3)Each connection point between the generator and the mains must be equipped with reliable electrical and mechanical interlocking devices to prevent reverse power transmission to the power grid.

2. General requirements for technical performance.

1)Engine: four stroke diesel engine with built-in circulating water cooling, electronic governor with high stability to adjust engine speed and closed circulating water cooling system.

2) Generator: three phase four wire alternator with frequency of 50Hz, phase / line voltage of 400 / 230V, power factor of 0.8, brushless permanent magnet, digital voltage regulator with high voltage stabilizing performance, insulation grade of H and protection grade of IP22.

3)Switch box: the main circuit breaker shall be domestic well-known brand. Microcomputer control, equipped with LCD digital display device to display the parameters of engine and generator. It has the functions of shutdown and charging, automatic start after mains power failure, RS-485 intelligent interface and remote start. It has alarm shutdown protection functions such as overvoltage, high speed, high frequency, high water temperature, low voltage, low frequency, low speed, low oil pressure and overcurrent. It has RS485 intelligent interface.

4)It is equipped with 12 / 24V starting battery (200 Ah) and battery connecting wire.

5)Equipped with primary muffler, shockproof cushion and original shockproof base.

6)Daily oil tank with fuel consumption for continuous operation for 10 hours.

7)Comply with current national standards and specifications.

8)Matters not covered in the technical specifications of the equipment shall be determined by the buyer and the seller through negotiation.

3.Detailed requirements for technical parameters of diesel generator set.

This generator set is mainly composed of diesel engine, generator and controller. The main technical indexes are as follows:

1) Rated voltage: 230V / 400V (three-phase four wire)

2) Rated frequency: 50Hz

3) Rated speed: 1500rpm

4) Power factor: 0.80 (lag)

5) Noise: after sound insulation and absorption treatment in the generator room, the noise value 1m away from the outer wall of the generator room: daytime ≤ 60dB, night: ≤ 50dB.

6) Structure: the machine body is an integrated structure, and the base is made of high-strength section steel and equipped with high-performance damping device; The fan is cooled by water tank, and the control box is installed on the side of the unit or the top of the motor. The size of the unit shall meet the reserved installation space in the machine room.

7) Voltage steady-state adjustment rate: ≤± 1%, voltage transient adjustment rate: + 20-15%, frequency steady-state adjustment rate: ≤± 1%.

8) Frequency transient adjustment rate + 10% - 7%, voltage fluctuation rate ≤± 1%, frequency fluctuation rate ≤± 1%.

9) Load sudden change voltage stability time ≤ 1s, load sudden change frequency stability time ≤ 3S, waveform distortion rate ≤ 3.

10) The generator set is started by high-energy lead-acid battery, and the battery energy must be able to start the unit six times continuously; It has the charging function driven by diesel engine and the floating function of mains charging, and is equipped with Mains Charger.

11) Startup mode of generator set: manual switch start, automatic startup in case of mains voltage loss. Remote manual start. Automatic startup, power supply and automatic loading.

12) Each start cycle is three times, and the interval between two starts is 10-30s (adjustable).

13) Success rate of automatic start of unit: ≥ 99%

14) Generator set alarm device:

The water temperature is too high and too low

Oil pressure alarm

Unit overspeed alarm

Low battery voltage alarm

5) Automatic protection function: shutdown protection shall be available in case of low oil pressure, high water temperature, high or low speed, high or low output voltage, current overload, short circuit and phase loss.

6) Automatic shutdown reliability of the unit.

7) Normal shutdown: after cutting off the power supply, operate without load for 5min and cut off the oil circuit.

8) Emergency stop: immediately cut off the main circuit, oil circuit, circuit and gas circuit.

9) Environmental conditions.

10) Temperature: - 15 ° C - + 40 ° C.

11) Relative humidity: the average maximum humidity in the wettest month shall not exceed 90%.

12) Altitude below 1000M.
