Engine body: It is the framework of a diesel engine that supports and installs other components, including the cylinder block, cylinder liner, cylinder head, cylinder gasket, oil pan, flywheel housing, timing gear housing, and front and rear feet.

 

Crank and connecting rod mechanism: It is the main moving component of a diesel engine, which can convert the energy generated by fuel combustion into mechanical energy and transmit it through the piston, piston pin, connecting rod, crankshaft, and flywheel. Including crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, piston pin, piston pin circlip, piston pin bushing, piston ring, main bearing shell, connecting rod shell, thrust bearing, crankshaft front and rear oil seals, flywheel, shock absorber, etc.

Valve train and intake and exhaust system: The valve train is composed of a valve group (intake valve, exhaust valve, valve guide, valve seat, valve spring, etc.) and a transmission group (tappet, tappet, rocker arm, rocker arm shaft, camshaft, timing gear, etc.). The intake and exhaust system is composed of an air filter, intake pipe, exhaust pipe, muffler, etc. The function of the valve train and intake and exhaust system is to timely open and close the intake and exhaust according to certain requirements Exhaust valve, exhaust the exhaust gas in the cylinder and absorb fresh air to ensure the smooth air exchange process of 1500kVA diesel generator set.

 

Fuel supply system: The fuel supply system of 1500kVA diesel generator set is used to inject a certain amount of diesel into the combustion chamber at a certain pressure within a certain time to mix with air, so that combustion can do work. It mainly consists of a diesel tank, fuel delivery pump, diesel filter, fuel injection pump (high-pressure oil pump), fuel injector, governor, etc.

 

Lubrication system: the function of the lubrication system is to send lubricating oil to the friction surface of each moving part of the 1500kVA diesel generator set, which plays the role of friction reduction, cooling, purification, sealing, rust prevention, etc., to reduce friction resistance and wear, and take away the heat generated by friction, so as to ensure the normal operation of 1500kVA diesel generator set. It is mainly composed of oil pump, oil filter, oil radiator, various valves and lubricating oil passages.

 

Cooling system: the function of the cooling system is to transfer the heat from the heating parts of the 1500kVA diesel generator set, so as to keep the 1500kVA diesel generator set working at the most appropriate temperature, so as to obtain good economy, power and durability. The cooling system is divided into two types: water cooling and air cooling. Most 1500kVA diesel generator sets adopt water cooling system, which uses water as the cooling medium. There are also a few 1500kVA diesel generator sets with air cooling system. Air cooling, also known as air cooling, uses air as the cooling medium to transmit the heat from the heated parts of the 1500kVA diesel generator set. This cooling method consists of a fan and a guide cover, etc. In order to increase the heat dissipation area, heat dissipation fins are usually cast on the cylinder head and cylinder body.
