Electrical unit system

1.Deep Sea 7320 Controller is installed on the machine side control panel, which can display the operating parameters such as water temperature, oil pressure and rotation speed.

2.Operation functions: start/stop, power switch and emergency stop.

3.Display functions: Voltage, current, frequency, kVA, kW, kVA, kWh, kVAh, kVAh, kVAh, power factor PF, busbar voltage, busbar frequency, rotating speed, oil pressure, cooling water temperature, unit work time, battery voltage, etc.

4.Protection function

1) Overspeed:when the speed of the unit exceeds 110% of the rated speed, an alarm will be given; when the speed of the unit exceeds 115% of the rated speed, an alarm will be given to send the switching signal to stop.

2) Underspeed: when the unit speed is below 80%, the alarm will be sent to turn off.

3) Low oil pressure: when the oil pressure of the diesel engine is below 0.20 MPa, an alarm will be generated, and when the oil pressure is below 0.15 MPa, an alarm will be sent to shut off.

4) High water temperature: When the water temperature of diesel engine exceeds 100+2°C, an alarm is generated, and when the water temperature exceeds 103+2°C, an alarm is generated to send the stop switch signal.

5) Overvoltage: when the unit voltage exceeds 120% of the rated voltage, the alarm will be sent out to shut down.

6) Insufficient voltage: when the unit voltage is below 80% of the rated voltage, the alarm will send a switching signal to stop the unit.

7) Overcurrent: When the current of the unit exceeds 115% of the rated current, the alarm will send a switching signal to shut down.

8) Overload: When the unit power exceeds 115% of the rated power, the alarm will be sent to shut down the system by shutting down the signal.

9) In the absence of the block phase, the device sends a switching signal and an alarm signal.

10) Low battery voltage: When the battery voltage is lower than 19V, the unit will give an alarm.

11) Triple startup failure: When the device is in the automatic state, if the device fails to start for three consecutive times, an alarm will be generated.
