How To Do The Hight Temperature Of The Richard Generator

The inlet temperature of the generator is abnormally high

Handling:

If the generator outlet air temperature and the stator coil temperature do not exceed the specified, the output of the generator may not be reduced, but the cause should be found out and adjusted in time; When the specified value is exceeded, the generator output should be reduced first and then checked.

The temperature rise of the generator coil and iron core is abnormal

Handling:

(1) If the specified value is exceeded, the load should be rapidly reduced.

(2) Quickly check the cooling air temperature, check whether the dust filter is blocked;

(3) Check whether the inlet and outlet valve of the air cooler is closed.

3 Generator overload

The generator allows short-term overload operation. Overload parameters and time are determined as follows:

Short-term overload current/rated current of stator coil

2) The active power, reactive power and voltmeter indication of the generator are reduced or zero.

Handling:

(1) Change the excitation system of automatic adjustment to manual mode;

(2) exit the generator compound voltage locking overcurrent protection;

(3) Monitor and adjust generators through other instruments;

(4) Inform the steam turbine to monitor the generator.

(5) Check the PT circuit at the machine end. If the primary and secondary fuses are blown, replace them;

(6) After normal operation, put in the generator compound voltage locking overcurrent protection, and change the excitation regulation mode to automatic mode.

7 The PT secondary voltage of generator excitation disappears

Phenomenon:

(1) When the alarm bell rings, "generator excitation PT disconnection" alarm.

(2) The voltage meter at the generator end of the excitation control panel indicates zero.

Handling:

(1) Change the excitation regulation mode to manual mode;

(2) Check the excitation PT circuit. If the primary and secondary fuses are blown, replace them;

(3) After recovery, change the excitation regulation mode to automatic mode.

The generator cannot raise the voltage

Symptom: When the generator is boosting, the voltmeter has no indication or is very low.

Handling:

1) Check whether the excitation control system is normal;

2) Check whether the primary and secondary circuits of PT are normal;

3) Measure the insulation resistance of excitation high and low voltage side;

9 Differential CT disconnection

Symptom: Alarm bell rings, "differential CT disconnection" alarm.

Handling:

1) Check whether the differential CT circuit is disconnected through the current monitoring function of the protection device;

2) If the differential CT circuit is disconnected, the differential protection should be temporarily withdrawn;

3) Check whether the circuit terminals of the differential current transformer are in good contact;

4) Check whether the differential CT body is abnormal;

5) After normal recovery, put in differential protection.
