When 750kVA diesel generator set is running, the unit shall be inspected in advance to prevent failure during use, which will consume energy and financial resources and affect normal production.

1. Check the appearance of 750kVA diesel generator set, check whether the parts on the outside of the machine such as the engine are worn or missing, whether the screws are loose, and whether the generator output line or control line are loose. Check the fuel device of diesel generating set, first check whether the fuel quantity is sufficient, whether there is oil leakage or loose pipe fittings in the wiring and piping, and solve the air in the fuel device. In addition, it is also necessary to check the lubrication device of the fuel system to see if the engine lubricating oil is sufficient? New engines or engines that have been reinstalled after major repairs must undergo engine lubricating oil replacement, engine oil Flega filter replacement, engine diesel Flega filter replacement, valve clearance inspection and adjustment, and external screw inspection during the initial 50 hours of operation.

2. Check the oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc. on the operation interface. If there is any abnormality, immediately shut down for maintenance. Only after the damage is resolved can the unit be restarted.

3. Inspect the oil, water, gas, and smoke exhaust systems of the unit for leaks, check for loose connections and severe vibrations in all parts of the unit, and check for proper operation of various protection and monitoring systems.

4. When the speed reaches 1500 rpm and the no-load operation is stable, the power supply to the load can only be switched on. The unit is not allowed to operate continuously without load for more than half an hour or less than 30% of the load. Special personnel are required to be on duty during unit operation, and overloading is strictly prohibited.

5. Do not attempt to touch the unit's air duct, turbocharger, high-temperature water tank, heater, and other high-temperature surfaces with your hands, as there is a risk of burns!

6. Maintain the output voltage and frequency from the control system. The output voltage of 750kVA generator set has been adjusted in the sales center, so it should be indicated within the normal range. For units with mechanical speed regulation, the frequency should be close to 52Hz under no-load conditions; For units with electronic speed control or electronic injection speed control, the frequency is close to 50Hz under no-load conditions. 10. Keep the load of the unit not exceeding the rated value. Some models can operate continuously at 110% rated power for 1 hour if necessary, but must operate at rated capacity for 1 hour before proceeding. To ensure the normal operation of diesel generating set, check the cooling device, battery, smoke exhaust system, etc. in order to see whether the water volume of the cooling radiator is sufficient, whether the electrolyte of the battery is at the normal level, whether the voltage is accurate, whether the connector is loose, etc.
