Air circulation drying device is a new type of moisture-proof dew-condensation device for closed busbar, which can completely avoid the occurrence of dew-condensation inside isolated closed busbar and effectively improve the operation safety of generator set. It is an ideal upgrade substitute for moisture-proof condensation device such as micro positive pressure device and hot air maintenance device.

 

Working principle: The air circulation drying device takes the relative humidity of the air inside the bus as the evaluation index. When the relative humidity is higher than the preset value, the device automatically starts running. The dry gas enters the bus from the shell of phase A and C of the bus through the connecting pipe, enters the device at the end of each loop into phase B, and then returns to the shell of phase A and C of the bus after drying treatment, forming A closed circular drying system, effectively improving the air dryness inside the bus, so as to prevent condensation. The end of each loop is equipped with a drying gas flow regulator to ensure the drying effect of each loop. After the drying device is put into operation, the air dew point in the bus can be kept at about -30℃. The drying device is equipped with two adsorption cylinders, one for adsorption, the other for regeneration, conversion time is 6-8 hours in turn.


 


Generator process introduction:

1. Drying process: The dry air of roots blower adsorption cylinder A (B) in phase B bus is recharged into phase B bus of phase A and C bus.

2. Regeneration process: external air roots fan adsorption tube B (a) discharge wet air.

3. Cylinders A and B are replaced every 8 hours in each cycle.

Under automatic conditions: the upper limit of air humidity in the bus is 50%, and the lower limit of air humidity in the bus is 20%.

The invention overcomes the disadvantages of micro-positive pressure device, hot air maintenance device, electric heater and other devices. Because it is a cyclic drying method, there is no need to establish micro positive pressure to prevent the invasion of external humid air, the bus sealing requirements are not high. At the same time, it can fundamentally remove the moisture in the air inside the bus, reduce the humidity of the air, and prevent condensation. The drying device system uses the connecting pipe to connect all the Spaces in the bus, including the places where micro positive pressure cannot reach, such as the transformer lifting seat, so that the air in the bus is 100% dry without dead zone.
