The first thing to look for is a signal of poor fuel combustion in the diesel generator set. If the generator set burns badly, soot powder can be seen and the piston can be blocked. If such a signal is seen, it is recommended to temporarily shut down the power supply, examine the cause of poor fuel combustion, and clean up the blocked ash powder before restarting the generator set. It is not recommended to put the generator set back into service until the ash has been cleaned.

Secondly, we should pay attention to the signal of carbon deposition of diesel generator set. In fact, people who often drive know that gasoline combustion will not be sufficient to accumulate carbon. In fact, diesel combustion is not sufficient, there will be carbon deposition. It is recommended to cut off the power supply immediately after seeing carbon accumulation in the generator set. For generating units, carbon deposition is a harmful cycle with very bad effects. If left unchecked, it will cause irreversible damage to the generator set.

The third thing to pay attention to is that the signal is a wisp of white smoke. If the diesel generator set produces a wisp of white smoke in the process of operation, it is likely that the generator set is running at low load. In the process of low load operation of the generator set, the piston ring and cylinder can not expand normally, affecting the airtightness, and white smoke will be produced.
