1. Before starting, check whether all parts of the diesel engine are normal, check the water level of the water tank (liquid level should be as close as possible to the cover mouth), if it is not necessary to supplement, check the oil level (ensure that the oil level is between the maximum and minimum value of the oil scale) to check whether the fuel is sufficient, whether there is leakage

2. Open the electric lock, press Manual, and then press Start for 2 seconds to release it. Open, the controller shows that the unit can be closed after normal operation, such as high water temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, the control system will automatically alarm and automatic stop. Note: During the operation of the generator set, do not disconnect the battery from the generator set

3. Stop

After the completion of power generation, the load switch must be cut off first, that is, to disconnect the output switch, press the Stop button (Stop), and check whether the generator set has leakage after the shutdown delay of 40 seconds. When the generator set has an emergency situation, it is allowed to press the emergency Stop button.

4. Precautions:

Diesel generator set running 50-100 hours, need to replace the oil filter 15W-40, generator set running 250-300 hours, need to replace the diesel filter, oil filter, air filter
