Oil Change Method of 300KW Yuchai Generator

Yuchai engine requires the use of multi-stage oil viscosity, because the temperature range for multi-stage oil is relatively large, so the oil viscosity can meet the normal operation of the engine in areas with large temperature difference between morning and evening and in long seasons. New engines generally need to be replaced after 50 hours of initial operation and after 50 hours of medium repair or overhaul. The oil replacement cycle is generally carried out at the same time as the oil filter (filter element), and the oil replacement cycle is generally 250 hours or a month.

Yuchai generator oil change method:

1. Put the Yuchai diesel generator set on the aircraft, start the engine for a few minutes to make the oil temperature reach a certain level, and then stop the engine;

2. Remove the oil placing bolt (oil gauge);

3. Put an oil pool under the engine, remove and lower the oil screw, so that the engine oil is discharged from the crankshaft tank;

4. Check the oil discharge screw, sealing ring, and rubber belt. If damaged, please replace immediately;

5. Reinstall and tighten the player oil screw.

6. Add engine oil to the upper part of the ruler grid.
