1.The test contents of diesel generator set

a.Factory test

Before diesel generator set leaves factory, should do test in factory.

b.Type of test

Identification and inspection shall be carried out when the trial production of new products is completed and the old products are transferred to another factory for production; For infrequently produced products and normally produced products, type inspection shall be carried out after 3 years from the last inspection and at the request of the national quality supervision organization.

c.Test on site

After finish to install diesel generator set on site, should do commissioning and test on site.

2.Inspection of appearance

a.The surface of the control panel of diesel generator set shall be flat;

b.The plating layer of electroplated parts shall be smooth without missing plating spots, corrosion, etc;

c.Fasteners shall be provided with anti loosening measures, and tools and spare accessories shall be firmly fixed;

b.All welding parts shall be firm, the welds shall be uniform, without defects such as cracks, slag splashing, penetration, undercut, missing welding and pores, and the welding slag and flux shall be removed;

d.The paint layer of the painted part shall be uniform without obvious cracks, falling off, flow marks, bubbles, scratches, etc

e.The machine shall be free of oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage;

f.The electrical wiring shall be neat and the joints shall be firm. The electrical installation shall comply with the electrical installation schematic diagram.

3.Insulation resistance test

Use a 1-1000v megger to measure the insulation resistance of each independent electrical circuit to the ground, including the resistance of armature winding to the ground and the resistance of excitation winding to the ground.

Before diesel generator set running( under clod state), the insulation resistance shall not be less than 2m Ω . After diesel generator set run at prime rated power continuously, the insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5m Ω. Cold state refers to the state where the temperature difference of each part before machine operation does not exceed 9 ° C; Hot state refers to the state that the change of cylinder liner water temperature and lubricating oil temperature within 1h does not exceed 5.5 ° C after the machine operates continuously under rated working conditions).

4.Inspection of phase sequence

Check the phase sequence of the output three-phase voltage with the phase sequence meter. The phase sequence of the three-phase generator set: if the output plug socket is used, it shall be arranged clockwise (facing the socket); For those who use the wiring terminal set on the control panel, it shall be arranged from left to right or from top to bottom from the front of the panel.

5.Inspection of instrument accuracy

Check the indication of each electrical instrument on the generator set control panel under no-load and rated load, and compare its accuracy with the measurement results of the standard meter. Accuracy grade of monitoring instruments (except engine instruments) on the control panel: the frequency meter shall not be lower than grade 5.0; Others shall not be lower than grade 2.5. The accuracy level of all test instruments shall not be lower than 0.5.

Accuracy of control panel instrument (%) = [(control panel instrument reading - peripheral standard meter reading) / full scale value of control panel instrument] × one hundred

Speed regulation range detection of electronic automatic speed regulation system: the speed regulation range shall not be less than 95% - 106% of rated speed.

6.Normal temperature startup performance test of genset

The genset shall be able to start successfully for three times at normal temperature (not less than 5 ℃ for non pressurized genset and not less than 10 ℃ for pressurized gesnet). The time interval between two starts shall be 20s, and the success rate of start shall be greater than 99%. After successful startup, it shall be able to run with rated load within 3min.

7.Low temperature start and on load test

The genset used at low temperature shall be provided with low-temperature start-up measures. When the ambient temperature is - 40 ℃ (or - 25 ℃), the genset power not more than 250KW shall be able to start smoothly within 30min, and shall be able to work with specified load within 3min after successful start; For genset with power greater than 250kW, the start-up time and on load working time under low temperature shall be in accordance with the provisions of product technical conditions.

8.Voltage frequency performance test of diesel generator set

Start and adjust the unit to operate stably under rated voltage, rated frequency, rated power and rated power factor, reduce the load to no-load, and then increase and decrease the load step by step from no-load as required. According to the formula, the computer calculates the frequency drop, steady-state frequency band, steady-state voltage deviation, measuring relative frequency setting rise range and fall range, measuring transient frequency difference and frequency recovery time, measuring voltage imbalance, measuring transient voltage deviation and voltage recovery time.
