Introduction of Yuchai engine YC12VTD series

Yuchai YC12VTD series engine is a high-power V-type product independently developed by Yuchai. It has the advantages of compact structure, excellent performance, energy conservation and environmental protection, reliability and durability, and the emission of pollutants, power, economy and reliability have reached the international advanced level.

Model characteristics

A. The machine body adopts high-strength material, arc stiffener grid structure and 4-bolt main bearing structure, with high stiffness, low vibration and low noise.

B. The crankshaft is made of high-quality alloy steel, all fiber extrusion forging, shaft diameter and fillet quenching heat treatment, anti-wear and long service life.

C. It adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, four valves, high-efficiency pressurization and intercooling, Yuchai combustion chamber technology, with low fuel consumption, less emission, excellent speed regulation performance and fast loading (5S).

D. One cylinder and one cover structure, and a maintenance window is opened on the side of the machine body, which is convenient for maintenance.

E. World class equipment and technology, stable and reliable quality.

F. Meet the requirements of G3 performance level of generator set.
