3. High pressure common rail fuel supply system is adopted. Precise electronic control fuel injection mechanism is used to automatically control the time, quantity and pressure of fuel injection, so as to reduce the noise of diesel generator set and effectively control the emission of harmful gases.


4. Single bearing composition and noise reduction technology are adopted. In order to reduce the volume of the AC synchronous generator and reduce the noise and vibration of the unit, diesel generator set manufacturers often adopt single bearing structure and noise reduction technology. In order to improve the overall performance of the AC synchronous generator, many manufacturers have changed from producing brush synchronous generator sets to producing more advanced brushless AC synchronous generator sets.


5. Micro processor and digital display technology are used in the power distribution and control system. Some diesel generator sets also have the function of remote control interface. In this way, the operation data of Cummins generator set, such as oil pressure, oil temperature, water temperature, speed, fuel oil and the voltage and frequency of Cummins generator set, can be monitored and automatically protected.
