1. Diesel generator structure.

Open type 120kva diesel generator is generally composed of diesel engine, generator, controller, voltage regulator, radiator, coupling, universal base, shock absorber and so on. All diesel generator components are installed on a common base. The base has a lifting hole to facilitate the movement of the diesel generator. The 120kva diesel generator can be with base bottom fuel tank or without base bottom fuel tank. Besides, it also includes starter battery, silencer (optional), and no silent cabinet. Without muffling or sound insulation measures, the noise at 7 meters is 68 decibels.

The engine and generator are connected by shoulder positioning, and the diesel flywheel directly drives the engine to rotate through the elastic coupling. The cooling system of an internal combustion engine is generally closed-cycle water cooling instead of air blowing except for instructions.

The controller is standard type, easy to operate, maintain, and is installed above the generator.

2. The operating environment of 12okva diesel generators

Diesel generators should be able to output high power and work continuously for 12 hours (including overload capacity) under the following conditions.

Atmospheric pressure (KPa) is 100

Outside temperature (℃) 25

Relative humidity 30(%)

When it does not meet the requirements of the specification or runs continuously for more than 12 hours, under the atmospheric conditions that do not meet the requirements of the specification, the output power of the diesel generator set should be corrected in accordance with the provisions of the diesel engine maintenance manual.

Diesel generator sets operate reliably under the following conditions:

Room temperature (°C) 5-40°C.

Elevation (m) <1000 meters.

Relative humidity <90%.

3. Diesel generator sets are only suitable for indoor use, or have the function of avoiding sun and sun.

4. Diesel generator sets are not suitable for situations where the air contains one or more chemical gases or dust.
