1. The fuel injector has low opening pressure and poor atomization, which makes diesel fuel flow into the oil pan along the cylinder wall to mix with the engine oil. Remove the fuel injector and test it on the high-pressure fuel pump test bench. Assuming that the opening pressure of the fuel injector meets the requirements and the atomization is good, it is clear that the fuel injector is intact. Otherwise, it must be repaired or replaced.

2. The pump membrane of the oil transfer pump is rotten or degummed, causing the diesel to flow into the oil pan and mix with the engine oil. Remove the oil transfer pump, add corresponding pressure to the oil inlet pipe and the oil outlet pipe on the oil pump test bench. Assuming that no diesel leakage is found, it is clear that the oil transfer pump is intact.

3. Oil leakage at the front end of the fuel injection pump, that is, the oil seal at the front end of the fuel injection pump is invalid. Remove the gear chamber cover and check the hole cover. If a large amount of diesel is sprayed from behind the drive gear of the generator fuel injection pump, it can be concluded that the diesel is leaking from the fuel injection pump. The oil inlet pan is mixed with the engine oil. Disassemble the fuel injection pump and test on the high pressure fuel pump test bench. It is found that the oil seal at the front gear journal of many fuel injection pumps is deformed, a lot of diesel oil is leaked, and the generator oil seal seat has traces (indentation marks) when the gear is dismantled. ) The oil seal seat and the oil seal are deformed, causing diesel oil leakage, so that the fuel injection pump is replaced, and the fault can be dealt with.
