1. Check whether the battery voltage reaches the rated voltage of 24V

When the external battery charger fails, the battery cannot be replenished and the voltage drops. At this point, the battery must be charged. To judge the action of the starter motor, the casing of the starter motor can be touched at the moment of starting the engine. If the starter motor doesn't move and the case is cold, the motor doesn't move. Or the starter motor is seriously hot, there is an irritating coke smell, and the motor coil has been burned. Repairing the motor takes a long time. Direct replacement is recommended.

4. There is air in the fuel system

This is a common failure, usually caused by improper handling when replacing the fuel filter element. When air enters the line with the fuel, the fuel content in the line is reduced, the pressure is reduced, and the engine cannot be started. At this time, exhaust treatment is required.
