3.Technical Description of Generator Set

1. Standard environmental conditions for generator set operation

3. When the generator set is in standby

When the generator set is in standby for a long time, it can be manually started regularly and run at no load to self check its starting performance.

4. Fuel suitability

In summer, grade 0 light diesel should be selected, while in winter, grade -10, -20, or -35 light diesel should be selected based on regional climate conditions.

5. Lubricating oil system

The lubrication system of generator sets is a closed self circulating lubrication system. The engine is equipped with an organic fuel tank (oil pan), oil transfer pump, manual/electric pre supply pump, oil filter, oil cooler, etc.

6. Cooling system

Cooling water should be clean and slightly alkaline, and should not contain corrosive compounds. The main indicators are as follows: hardness 0.7-5.3mol/L, chloride ion content＜150mg/L, pH value 6-8.5. Antifreeze should be used in winter.

7. Start the system

The generator set is started by a DC motor, with a working power supply of 24V DC. The battery is equipped with an automatic charging device that can automatically charge it to ensure sufficient battery power.
