Manual starting of a generator set

Automatic state

1. Keep the battery pack of the starting motor up to the starting voltage.

2. Keep the cooling water level of the radiator normal and the circulating water valve always open.

3. Crankcase oil level should be kept within 2 cm of the dipstick line.

4. When the fuel tank is more than half full, the fuel supply valve usually opens.

5. Set the Run-Stop-Auto switch on the generator control panel to Automatic.

6. The mode switch of the power distribution board is in automatic position.

7. Switch the heat sink fan to Automatic.

8. After receiving the signal of mains voltage loss, the unit will start, confirm the mains voltage loss, cut off the mains switch of the converter cabinet, turn on the power switch of the converter cabinet, and start the inlet and exhaust fans in the machine room.

Manual starting of a generator set

1. When the indoor air temperature is lower than 20℃, turn on the electric heater to preheat the machine.

2. Check whether there are sundries in or around the body that hinder operation, and remove them in time if there are.

3. Check the crankcase oil level, fuel tank oil level and radiator water level. If the oil level is lower than the specified value, it should be added to the normal position.

4. Check whether the oil supply valve and cooling water cut-off valve are in the open position.

5. Check whether the battery string voltage for starting the motor is normal.

6. Check the test button on the power distribution board and check whether the alarm indicator is on.

7. Check whether each switch of the power distribution board is placed in the opening position and whether each instrument indicates zero.

8. Start intake and exhaust fans.

9. Press the start button of the engine to start the engine. If the first startup fails, press the corresponding reset button on the switchboard. After the alarm is lifted and the unit is restored to normal state, the second startup can be carried out. After startup, machine running sound is normal, cooling water pump operation indicator light is on, road instrument indicator is normal, startup is successful.

Three manually operated parallel power supplies

1. The oil temperature, water temperature and oil pressure of the power generator running in parallel reach the normal value and work normally.

2. The output voltage and frequency of the parallel generator are the same as those on the bus.

3. Turn the synchronizer handle of the generator parallel to the "Off" position.

4. Observe the indicator and pointer of the synchronization indicator.

5. Observe the indicator of the synchronization indicator. When the indicator is completely off or the pointer turns to zero, you can turn on the switch.

6. The unit enters parallel operation, and then the synchronizer handle turns back to the "off" position.

7. After the synchronizer is connected, if the synchronizer pointer rotates too fast or counterclockwise, the parallel operation is not allowed; otherwise, the switchover will fail.

8. After manual parallel operation is successful, contact the low-voltage distribution room immediately to confirm whether the feed switch of the main switchboard can be connected and sent power before operation.
