Engle Generator Warranty Period

1. The warranty period of Engle products is 24 months from the date when the spontaneous motor leaves the factory or 3000 hours of operation time, whichever comes first.  

2. The warranty period of the whole machine or parts repaired by users is 12 months or 1000 hours, whichever comes first.  

3. The warranty period for replacement of parts or whole machine due to product failure shall remain unchanged according to the warranty period of the original product.  

How long is the warranty period for engle generator?  Under what circumstances free warranty 

General eng generator after-sales service commitment, product failure, for on-site service, customer or assembly should be first on the scene and make accident analysis, on-site fault in written form and attached photos, video to send to eng after-sales service center to make the preliminary appraisal, eng confirmation within 24 hours of the maintenance plan.  Terminal users within 2000KM from Guangzhou shall arrive within 48 hours, and domestic and foreign terminal users beyond 2000KMc shall negotiate separately.  For the damage of the main stator and main rotor caused by non-human or force majeure, and the fault cause cannot be quickly determined and repaired on site, Engle will provide rapid replacement service according to the customer's application.  

Engl generator warranty scope  

Engle guarantees free warranty to customers and their end customers using engle generators in the event of defects in materials and workmanship.  Engl generator warranty covers replacement of generator, defective parts or repair parts.  

Engle generator warranty does not cover the following:
