The generator set starts difficulty, or the diesel generator set will shut down soon after starting, it can be inferred that air is mixed in the oil circuit, and the air in the oil circuit will cause considerable obstacles to the operation, resulting in 600kw diesel generator set being difficult to start or will shut down if it does not move. So clearing the air in a timely manner can restore normalcy.

There are usually several common problems and solutions as follows:

1. If the wrench at the joint in the pipeline is not loosened, the hand oil pump can be repeatedly pressed until the low-pressure oil circuit pressure from the fuel transfer pump to the fuel injection pump is high enough, and the fuel flows into the fuel return pipeline from the overflow valve, and the gas in the oil circuit will be discharged from the overflow valve.

2. If it is necessary to remove air from the fuel circuit during the journey, you can first loosen the bleed screw on the fuel injection pump or loosen any connector between the diesel filter and the fuel injection pump, and then drive the mechanical fuel delivery pump by starting. The leakage point will spray unobstructed and bubbleless fuel, and then tighten the above leakage point that you have loosened.

3. If 600kW silent generator does not have a suitable driver or wrench to open the air release screw on the fuel injection pump during driving, you can first unscrew the hand pump and loosen any pipe joint from the diesel filter to the fuel injection pump. Then, repeatedly press the hand pump until a smooth and bubbleless oil flow is discharged from the joint. Then, while pressing the hand pump, tighten the joint and press the hand pump back to its original position.

4. Use a screwdriver or wrench to unscrew any of the exhaust screws on both sides of the fuel injection pump for a few turns, and press the manual oil pump manually until the discharged diesel is continuous, unobstructed, and without bubbles, until a squeaking sound is emitted. Then tighten the bleed screw and manually press the oil pump back to its original position.
