1.There is rhythmic and loud metal knocks or unclear knocks in the cylinder.

Judgment result: the injection time of the diesel engine is too early or too late, the injection early angle should be adjusted at this time.

2.During operation, the impact of mechanical parts can be heard in the crankcase, and heavy and powerful impact can be heard when the speed of the diesel engine is suddenly reduced.

Judgment result:The connecting rod bearing bush is worn and the common gap is too large. At this time, the bearing bush should be disassembled and inspected and replaced if necessary.

3.When the diesel engine is running, there is a light and sharp sound, which is especially clear when running at a constant speed.

Judgment result: Piston pin and connecting rod small end bushing hole is too loose, at this time, the connecting rod small end bushing should be changed to make it within the regular clearance.

4.When the diesel engine is running, the impact sound is heard on the outer wall of the cylinder, and the banging sound increases when the speed increases.

Judgment result: The gap between the piston and the cylinder liner is too large. At this time, the piston should be changed or the cylinder liner should be changed according to the wear condition.

5.There is a slight tapping sound at the cylinder.

Judgment result: the valve spring of the diesel engine is broken, the tappet is bent, and the push rod sleeve is worn. At this time, the diesel engine parts should be introspected and the damaged parts should be replaced, and the valve clearance should be corrected.

6.There is a special sharp or "horrible" sound when the diesel engine is running, and the sound becomes clearer when the throttle is increased.

Judgment result: the clearance of the crankshaft rolling main shaft is too small or too large. At this time, the rolling main bearing with noise should be introspected, and it should be replaced if necessary.

7. When the diesel engine running, hear the sound of the collision of the crankshaft before and after swimming.

Judgment result: The front and rear thrust bearings of the crankshaft are worn, and the axial clearance is too large to cause the crankshaft to move forward and backward. At this time, the axial clearance and the wear level of the thrust bearing should be corrected and replaced if necessary.

8.There is a "squeak" sound of dry friction at the cylinder head.

Judgment result:There is no oil between the rocker arm adjusting screw and the spherical seat of the push rod. At this time, remove the cylinder head cover and add oil.

9.When the diesel engine is running, a louder sound with beats is heard at the cylinder head.

Judgment result: the clearance between the intake and exhaust valves is too large, and the valve clearance should be re-calibrated at this time.

10.There is an abnormal sound at the front cover, and the impact sound can be heard when the diesel engine suddenly slows down.

Judgment result:The transmission gear is worn and the clearance is too large. At this time, the backlash should be adjusted, and the gear should be changed according to the wear condition.
