Introduction Of Oil Circuit System Of Diesel Generator Set

The west system of diesel generator set includes fuel tank, diesel Frygar filter, oil-water separator, high-pressure oil pipe, oil transfer pump, fuel injection pump (including governor), fuel injector, low-pressure oil pipe and return pipe. The tank is filled with sediment filtered diesel oil.It is drawn from the tank by the diesel fuel pump and pumped out by the man, and the diesel fryer is filtered out with filtered impurities before entering the injection pump. The high pressure and diesel oil output from the injection pump are injected into the combustion chamber through the high-pressure system tubing and injector. Since the fuel supply of the pump is much greater than the fuel supply of the injection pump, the excess diesel is returned to the pump through the return pipeline.. The fuel pump from the tank to the population of this oil is called low pressure oil. The low pressure control oil circuit is only used to supply filtered fuel to the fuel injection pump. From the injection pump to the injector this section of oil pressure is established by the injection pump, generally greater than 10MPa, so this section of oil road is called the high pressure oil road. A fuel-based spray is passed through an injector into the combustion chamber and mixed with air to form a combustible mixture.

 

1. The fuel tank

The fuel tank is a container for storing diesel oil. Figure 2-2 shows the external economic structure of the fuel tank. The oil tank is usually welded by us with steel plate stamping technology. In order to prevent the development of diesel fuel inside the tank from forming a bubble after the impact of drastic changes in society, the internal control surface of the tank in addition to do anti-rust treatment, some students also separated into more space with partitions. The refueling port is located at the top of the tank, and the filter screen is generally installed below the refueling port. In order to avoid some vacuum in the internal management of the tank, the upper part of the tank cover is generally equipped with air holes. The bottom of the tank is generally equipped with a drain port.

2. Diesel filter

Freyplus diesel crude filter, fine filter. Pumps are usually preceded by a diesel filter, used to remove diesel particulate impurities larger, with a paper filter type, slit type metal, chip, and similar mesh. Diesel fine filters are usually set in the pump after installation, remove a small amount of impurities diesel, with felt type filters, metal mesh paper type.

 

The structural design of the paper filter using diesel frigard filter is shown in Figure 2-3. The diesel oil from the oil pump enters the Frigard filter through the oil inlet and the gap between the shell and the paper filter. After filtration system through the air filter, the central rod flows out through the oil outlet. A pressure limiting valve is set on the cover of the Freighter filter. When the oil pressure exceeds a certain standard, the pressure limiting valve opens normally and the excess diesel oil is directly returned to the diesel oil tank by adjusting the pressure limiting valve from the oil inlet.
