1. Introduction to deep tone

Deep peak shaving is a kind of operation mode in which the output of power plants is reduced and the generator sets exceed the basic peak shaving scale due to the large peak-valley difference of grid load. The load scale of deep peak regulation exceeds the maximum stable combustion load of the boiler of the power plant (generally, the peak regulation depth of deep peak regulation is 60%-70%BMCR). At present, coal-fired thermal power shows the characteristics of increasing number of units participating in peak load regulating or mediating, reducing service hours and low unit load rate.

The peak-shaving operation mode of coal-fired thermal power unit of generator manufacturer is variable load operation, and the generator manufacturer deeply adjusts the load beyond the general adjustment depth, and the load changes quickly.

In the past, the planning principle of large capacity coal-fired thermal power units was long-term stable operation with base load, and the focus was on how to optimize the cooling mode of stator winding and stator core, so as to improve the output power and parameters of the motor under full load condition. However, due to the changes in the external operation environment of the power grid, the operation mode of the generator is quite different from that of the past. The time and frequency of peak regulating, pressure regulating and phase entering operation are greatly increased. Although at the beginning of generator planning, the influences of various operating environments on the generator were considered and corresponding measures were taken to cope with them, in fact, few large capacity turbogenerators operated under the long-term peak and pressure regulation including the input phase, and the mechanism analysis of these operating modes in the industry is not enough.

2. Comparative analysis of the influence of normal operation mode and depth peak adjustment on stator and rotor windings and iron core of generator

2.1 Analysis of typical faults of generator stator and rotor in normal operation mode

2.1.1 Stator end is loose

In the overhaul of 1000MW unit in 2014, it was found that the l-shaped bracket sliding pin at the end of the generator stator was worn in six places, the bracket at 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 4 and 5 o 'clock between the stator excited end bracket and the ring lead was worn in different degrees, and the lead at 11 o 'clock between the excited end and the support ring was worn with slight yellow powder. Treatment: clean up, check, reset the slide pin, and fix the slide pin set. Remove the loose binding rope of the stator ring lead, add the distance block to the ring lead, and bind it firmly with φ 5 polyester wave rope soaked in NAZ glue.
