Maintenance Time of Diesel Generator Set  

In most cases, the diesel generator set is used as a backup power supply. In order to ensure the best operating state in an emergency, the user must carry out regular maintenance of the generator set.  Specific maintenance time nodes and precautions are as follows:  

1, maintenance, should pay attention to the relative position and sequence of detachable parts (if necessary, should be marked), the structural characteristics of non-detachable parts, and master the force when reinstall (with torsion wrench).  

2. The maintenance cycle of air filter is once every 50 hours.  

3, battery maintenance cycle for every 50 hours of operation.  

4, belt maintenance cycle for every 100 hours of operation once.  

5, radiator repair and maintenance cycle for every 200 hours of operation.  

6, lubrication oil system maintenance cycle for every 200 hours of operation.  

7. Maintenance of diesel filter is carried out periodically every 200 hours.  Remove the diesel filter, replace it with a new one, top it up with fresh, clean diesel, and put it back in.  

8. The maintenance cycle of charging generator and starter motor is once every 600 hours.  

9. The maintenance cycle of generator control panel is once every six months.  Clean the dust inside with compressed air and tighten the connectors. The rusty or overheated connectors should be treated and tightened.
